Some sensors show hourly data and others only show data once a day. Why is that?
The frequency of recorded data from your sensors primarily depends on three things. How often your sensor sends data, how much data it sends, and how often your gateways listen for data. If you have a battery-powered gateway, it is set to listen at given intervals to conserve battery. It's the frequency of these listening intervals that determine how often you see new data in Divako. If you have a powered gateway, it will normally listen continuously and immediately send all new data to Divako. Then, it's the frequency of transmissions from the sensors that determines how often you see new data.
Battery-powered sensors typically send data 2-6 times a day to save power, but some of these sensors send up to 24 hours of history in each data package. So even if they only report a couple of times a day, you can still see hourly data looking back in time.
The following applies to residents and users of the Divako resident portal and Divako mobile app.
Where do I log in to see my meters?
There are 2 places you can find an overview of your meters. Divako Mobile App and Divako Resident Portal. The mobile app can be downloaded on Andriod and IoS through the Google Store and the Apple App Store.

I'm moving, will the next resident see my consumption data?
When moving in, we will ask the resident to document the takeover and they will only be able to see history from the date they took over.
Why can't I see historical values?
There are two things that control access to historical values.
The following is aimed at network administrators and owners of the network service/project. This will typically be the chairman of the board, technical manager in a municipality, or operations manager in an industrial plant.
